What payment methods are available?
Payment can be made using major credit cards (VISA/MasterCard/AMEX/Diners Club).
I haven't received an order completion email.
After your order is completed, an order completion email will be automatically sent to your registered email address. In some cases, the email may be sorted into the spam folder, so please check. If you do not receive it, please contact us using the inquiry form with details of your order.
I would like to cancel my order.
If you would like to cancel your order after it has been completed, please contact us using the inquiry form. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations for orders that have already been shipped.
Is it possible to return or exchange products?
As a general rule, returns and refunds are accepted only if the product is defective. We do not accept returns or refunds due to customer convenience. For more information, please see here (delivery policy).

Taxes from each country may be incurred separately from product prices and shipping costs. Please note that you will be responsible for any import taxes and related charges incurred.

Only available for delivery in Thailand.
