Shipping Policy

Product delivery time

• Orders from overseas will be shipped via EMS or DHL. Usually dispatched within 4-5 days. Please note that shipping may be delayed due to bank holidays or unexpected circumstances.
  (Orders during the New Year holidays will be shipped at least one week later than usual due to the New Year holidays closed.)
• For orders from overseas, EMS and DHL require the recipient's phone number. Furthermore, we cannot ship to US bases or to PO boxes, so please specify a different address.
• DM Solutions is not responsible for any delays after delivery.

Import taxes and related charges

Required fees other than product price:

• If shipped overseas, shipping charges will be charged separately from the product price.
• Taxes from each country will be charged separately. Please note that import taxes, VAT and related fees will be borne by the customer.
